Looking to improve your fitness with other like minded people whilst finding new beautiful locations? Then walking workouts by Stomp could be for you, what’s really exciting is that you can try the first session for free.

Jo Mahan from Stomp tells Love Farnham “This is a women only workout… power walking with toning exercises on the way around beautiful locations. I am an established personal trainer in the area with a great studio but this is what I really love doing. It is very sociable and dog friendly, kind on joints, low impact, something for anyone to try. Men’s Stomp or mixed may well follow in the future.”
